Welcome to our Spirit Health Club at the Holiday Inn Maidstone Hotel.
Our Health Club is unmanned, members have their electronic membership card for a quick and easy entrance.
Whether you’re a guest of the hotel or a Spirit Health Club member, you can enjoy full use of our health club.
We have an indoor swimming pool, gym (free weights and cardio), sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, spa treatments and much more.

The Spirit Health Club Changing Rooms Refurbishment Planned: The changing rooms are due to be closed from the 16th June to 4th July for refurbishment. This means members will have limited changing facilities during this time. The club is committed to providing a better environment for all members. Stay tuned for updates on the reopening!
